Battery Handling
The PGI-140-80 electric gripper was used to hold vehicle batteries.
Task challenges: large size and wide stroke, stable gripping, self-locking after power loss.
CNC - Wind Turbine Blade Changeover
In CNC equipment for the 3C industry, an "AGV + collaborative robot + electric gripper" combination is used for wind blade changeover. One mobile changeover unit can serve multiple CNC machines. The RGI series measures only 50×50 mm and has a slim body that allows multiple grippers to be installed and operated side by side in a limited space. Compared with a single-channel device, a multi-channel nucleic acid virus beaker can process 2 or 4 sample sets at the same time, which is more efficient.
