Long Stroke

Applications
Battery Handling
The PGI-140-80 electric gripper was used to hold vehicle batteries.
Task challenges: large size and wide stroke, stable gripping, self-locking after power loss.
CNC - Wind Turbine Blade Changeover
In CNC equipment for the 3C industry, an "AGV + collaborative robot + electric gripper" combination is used for wind blade changeover. One mobile changeover unit can serve multiple CNC machines. In this scenario, the electric gripper operates without an air supply, which makes the equipment easy to move and swap, and materials are changed frequently. The RGI series measures only 50×50 mm and has a slim body that allows multiple grippers to be installed and operated side by side in a limited space. Compared with a single-channel device, a multi-channel nucleic acid virus beaker can process 2 or 4 sample sets at the same time, which is more efficient.
