Applications
Laboratory automation applications
The "DH-Robotics electric gripper + robot arm" combination can complete the full process of small-scale laboratory automation on a benchtop. Gripping, weighing, liquid pipetting, cap closing and returning to the original position are all performed by the electric gripper and the mechanical arm, enabling fully unmanned operation.
Multifunctional sample preparation station
Built on a six-axis manipulator platform, the multifunctional sample preparation workstation can carry out fully automated, unattended sample preparation. DH-Robotics AG series/PGC series electric grippers can handle complex tasks such as loading and unloading, cap opening and closing, and transfer. Samples are moved through the sample chamber, liquid handling, shaking extraction and centrifugal separation modules to ensure high sample preparation quality. Throughput, full automation, accuracy and safety.
