Applications

The RGI-35-14 rotary gripper was used to complete the automatic tightening and assembly process of indicator lights on the production line.

Multi-channel nucleic acid virus divider
The RGI series measures only 50×50 mm and features a slim structure that supports installing and operating multiple grippers side by side in a limited space. Compared to a single-channel device, a multi-channel nucleic acid virus vessel can process 2 or 4 sets of samples at the same time, which is more efficient.
Automatic cup handling system
The automatic base container handling system can automatically complete the opening, scanning, information entry, pipetting, plate rotation, and lid closing of the sample tube using ABB's Scara robot arm and the DH-Robotics electric gripper. The entire process is carried out under closed negative pressure to ensure the sample stays clean and free from contamination.
