Zero backlash l High repeatability
The RGD series uses direct-drive electric rotary actuators to achieve zero backlash, with a rotation resolution of 0.01°, making it well suited to rotary positioning scenarios in semiconductor manufacturing.
Fast and Stable
Thanks to DH-Robotics' excellent drive control method and precise direct-drive technology, the RGD series controls gripping and rotation movements with high accuracy. Rotation speed reaches 1500° per second.
Integrated structure l Power-loss protection
The dual servo system for gripping and rotation is integrated with the drive control module, making it more compact and suitable for a wider range of scenarios. Brakes are optional to meet the needs of various applications.
