Laser welding systems

Laser welding systems are the ideal tool when it comes to welding metals or other materials. They can be used to optimally join materials with high melting temperatures as well as high heat conductivity. Benefit from higher productivity and quality in comparison with conventional welding processes: less preparation is needed for joining and the welding speed is up to ten times higher than with other welding processes. As a result of the low heat input during the laser welding process, you produce workpieces that are virtually distortion-free and perfect seams that typically need no further post-processing. When it comes to seam geometry, laser welding systems offer you more freedom than any other process. There are barely any restrictions in the choice of materials either: the small melt and the short, controllable melt duration mean that laser welding systems can even join materials that would otherwise not be weldable.
